organized 3 consultation in different states and prepared discussion notes on the issue

submission to Prime Minister and Planning Commission for recognizing women farmers and group leasing on common property land

Tenancy rights

draft submitted to planning commission for regularization of tenants rights laws

Housing land rights

an inventory of 20,000 homeless people has prepared and submitted in Bihar

Displacement & rehabilitation

a detailed report has prepared on Chhattisgarh, Orissa and Jharkhand

a comprehensive report has prepared and submitted to Planning Commission in Social Dislocation in Chhattisgarh due to industrialization

Bhudan Land

a task force is constituted for the distribution of Bhudan Land in Bihar

discussion with Central Government for set up a special court for dealing on Bhudan issue

Tribal atrocities

a discussion started with Planning Commission for carrying all the cases of land grabbing in to criminal court

Common property land

a strategy paper has submitted to the Planning Commission for giving leasing of the land for women group in the village

Transfer of agricultural land for industries & mining and development projects

a comprehensive report has prepared in Chhattisgarh on social dislocation after industrialization

Compilation of records related with “Available Cultivable Land” for its redistribution

Compilation of a policy critique on Land Laws and Policy adopted and practiced in States

Compilation of gray areas of Forest Laws and its remedial measures

Dialogue with Prime Minister of India and Planning Commission on 24th December 2005 on “New Vision of Land Reforms”

a Sub Committee on Land Reforms constituted by Planning Commission for providing recommendations for Eleventh Five Year Plan
